Looking closer it seems to be UMID M1 with new housing and tons of buttons.. screen frame has 2 d-pads and 4 other buttons.. one marked as pointer.
Mouse buttons and optical mouse in front of keyboard.. that makes it quite deeper than M1, to same size as Sharp NetWalker

Give it the specs of the Umid M2 (1gb ram, Atom 1.6, etc.) and I'm sold. Finally something comparable to my Fujitsu U.
the import premium is probably going to kill it for me, but i truly want one.
This Machine will be grat for the business traveler that actually does work when not in the office
The Japanese always know what we want, seldom do they export it (officially)
It's got looks to kill... in a bad way.
Waiting for MS Courier
