oh no, no, no,

This is not good. why didn't they built those ports inside? that thing looks half size of the entire device...

so,if the device got no usb, how do you connect the port replicator? with magic? or love?

By the Way: the device has a Mini-USB-Port ;)

look at "physical interfaces"

Mini-USB port means you still need some adapter to plug-in "normal" USB...

Let's say that this UMID MID is just a MID, despite of it's quite UMPC-ish looking. No or very few USB ports are one of the big differences between the two worlds...

JP something like these

Yes, something like this... Still something you have to take with you around if you want to use the port.

JKK, it would be great to have a full-size printout PDF of the UMID like you have for the new Vaio P....hint, hint... ;-)

Hi guys,

We're about to have these in Australia around Feburary. That is unofficial at the moment but www.justek.com.au should be doing these.

But pretty good product I would say. Yes a full PDF spec would be excellent.

Am I the only one who think this thing is butt ugly? MID Design Team, where are you?

Wow...those are some pretty decent stats...looks like it would be kinda awkward to type on, but the screen resolution is quite impressive for such a small screen. Still don't really see a big use for devices like this given the cheap price that devices like the EEE and AspireOne can be had. But to each their own.

Ive been told by many, including Mobilx, that the M1 will have 2100mhx HSDPA only... making it useless in the U.S and Canada. Another flop. Wake up UMID and smell the potential sales.

If ony it had built-in VGA-out, at least two USB ports and Mac OS X 10.5.6 (Leopard) inside!
