There is difference with pictures on http://www.myviliv.com/ces/main_s7.html - at least two more screws near the hinge and two buttons on the monitor is in right bottom corner not in top. Keyboard don't looks so great after a apple-like keyboards. Black variant should looks better.

Definitely looks like the Raon Everun Note but for the tablet-convertible and the CPU-chipset. Otherwise the form-factor matches.
