Very very very nice!!!!! one more thing left to go,better drivers for the usb cam under xp!
Wow, these drivers crap all over the old ones, just make sure you uninstall the old before installing the new.
Pointer movement is much more responsive, also two-finger scrolling is now silky smooth and not laggy like before.
What about driver for the 700 Series, the pdf doc on the linked page does state there is an updated driver for that as well. Tried googling for a file named ETD5.0.0.2_ps2drv_x86_WHQL.rar but no luck can someone that understands chinese please tell me where I can find them.

Jkk, Does the EEE PC 900 come with drivers on a CD? If not, where can I download them, because I want to format the drives and put an nlited version of XP on it, but then I will need drivers for the touchpad and everything else. Many thanks!
For best 2 finger scroll put 2 lines scroll in mouse properties under control panel.

Do I really have to unistall the old drivers before installing this one?
Samael, yes.
How exactly do I unistall the old drivers..I go to Program Files and execute the Unistall aplication, it only deletes two folders..I reboot and install the new drivers but the dynamic taskbar icon doesn't recognize when I'm pressing the touchpad so I can't make the combinations...
In short: It didn't work for me..
I have an Asus Eee Pc 900HA and the current version of the Elantech SmartPad is 5.0.0.5..Hope you can help me and sorry if I'm using this as a forum..

Should work on all others.
i have downloaded drivers from asus and from elentech and they never work. been trying for three months. changes happen but they are never good and now my scroll is slow and the three finger option never has worked.
i have no idea what i am doing wrong.
These drivers have vanished :-(
