What about the antennas for the EVDO? I was looking this up tonight and I'm trying to figure out if I need to run them myself (take apart the notebook) or if they are already wired.
Yes, you would need to open it to get antenna in too...
This spot would be perfect for modding -- possibly throw in an internal USB hub, a couple SDHCs, a bluetooth dongle...flesh out this little guy a bit. I just ordered a black Eee this morning. Can't wait to dissect it myself!

I was wondering why not replace the wireless card with a 3G pcie card, there would already be an antenna connection :)
