seriously , its just colour and gloss . that stuff slows the the system down. I have xp with all the effects turned off anyway . it looks nice but who cares. i'll take performance over gloss anyday .
If we want to slow our systems for pretty window borders, it should be up to us, though.
Wouldn't it be nice if car munufactures would say us which color we would have to buy?
they do ask what color u want when u go to the garage
